Better Park 2011 opening for the Hintertux Glacier

Before you know it winter cranks up in September (in Austria at least) and whilst the action never stopped on the Hintertux Glacier, the season opener will be taking place again in the Better Park – Hintertux Glacier. Tons of attitude, air and atmosphere – the Better Park Hintertux Glacier opening is a big event that kicks off the autumn season on the weekend – 30^th September to the 2^nd October 2011. The predominantly snowboarding event features a festival-like ‘tent dorf’ at the Tuxer Fernerhaus with gear testing, gear selling and DJ beats in the glacial air. Very cool event opening the winter glacier skiing in Austria.
